Two Vermont Towns Dubbed Best Spots to Celebrate Halloween in the US

According to Travel and Leisure, the beautiful town of Stowe, Vermont made it to the Top 10 Best Towns to Celebrate Halloween, along with the town of Ludlow as well. Stowe is surely a place out of a storybook, giving locals and visitors gorgeous views of mountains, incredible fall foliage and some great Halloween fun! Ludlow is more south than Stowe and is located in Windsor County. It is home to Okemo Mountain and apparently is another great place to celebrate Halloween!
